Where is Fitgymwear located?

We are based in South Africa. All our online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Cape Town.

Where are Fitgymwear clothes made?

All our clothes are designed by our own in-house design team, and manufactured in our factory in Cape Town, SA.

What fabrics does Fitgymwear use?

We are fabric obsessed! Most of our fabrics are imported from Brazil. Our main fabrics used for leggings & crops are our soft & buttery fit genetics and textured jaquards. We also love our light weight quick drying new trip & cluba mesh for our tanks and tops. In winter we favour our unbrushed and brushed fleece for our cozy tracksuits.

Are Fitgymwear leggings true to size?

We base our sizes on the Brazilian cut.  It may be a slightly smaller fit than your regular leggings. However, with the stretch in the fabric and various seamless waistband styles (no elastic at the top), it would be fair to say we fit true to size. For any further sizing advice please email shop@fitgymwear.com or refer to our size guide.

Do you have washing guidelines?

All of our clothes have washing guidelines. Tip: Cold machine wash is recommended.

How long does it take to receive an order?

For deliveries in South Africa, usually within 3-5 working days. See delivery and returns page.

How does the 10% sign-up discount work?

Fitgymwear offers a complimentary 10% discount for all first time customers that sign up to our mailing list. You will be sent a unique code to your inbox shortly after signing up.

Can I return a product if it does not fit?

Does Fitgymwear cover the costs of returns?

All costs associated with returning items to Fitgymwear are at the responsibility of the customer, please refer to our Returns Policy here.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged.
